  1. Complete the Demo Request Form
Fill out the short demo request form on this page with your name, email address, organization name, and the type of program you manage: continuing education, K-12, adult basic education, or enterprise workforce training. The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor your demo experience. This takes less than two minutes to complete.

  2. Receive a Confirmation and Scheduling Link
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email from the Genius team within one business day. The email includes a scheduling link to select a demo time that works for you. Demo sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes and are conducted via video conference at no cost and with no obligation.

  3. Attend Your Personalized Platform Demo
Join your scheduled demo with a Genius product specialist. The session is tailored to your program type and walks you through the features and workflows most relevant to your organization. Come prepared with questions. This is a two-way conversation.

  4. Receive Your Follow-Up and Customized Proposal
Within one to two business days after your demo, the Genius team will follow up with a summary. This will include what was covered, answers to any outstanding questions, and a customized proposal or next steps. This will be specific to your organization’s size, program type, and requirements. There is no pressure and no timeline. Evaluate at your own pace.

  5. Begin Onboarding and Implementation
Once you decide to move forward, the Genius team guides your full onboarding and implementation process. There are no third-party vendors and no overseas support teams. The people who built Genius also implement it and support it. Implementation is designed to be fast, structured, and minimally disruptive to your ongoing operations.
